Shipping Policy

Pickup in Shawinigan or Trois-Rivières

Free pickup is available in either Shawinigan or Trois-Rivières. Send an email or message us on our social media to arrange a pickup time. A minimum lead time of approximately 24 to 48 hours is required.

Shipping by postal envelope

Shipping by postal envelope is possible, but only for a single item. The item must comply with Canada Post's oversized envelope standards. Le Placard des petits coeurs reserves the right to modify the shipping cost if this option is chosen but the criteria are not met. Please allow 2 to 3 business days before shipping.

Shipping by parcel

Shipping by parcel costs $15 or is free with a purchase of $125 before taxes, if applicable. Le Placard des petits coeurs reserves the right to adjust the shipping cost in case of an overload by the shipping company. Please allow 3 to 4 business days before shipping.

Accumulation

You can accumulate your orders for one month, starting from the date of your last order. After this period, you will be sent an invoice for your postal shipping fees. When your accumulated total reaches $125, shipping is free up to a maximum of $15. An adjustment to postal charges may be sent to you in case of an overweight surcharge by the shipping company.
